  • If the company location for the work placement is not negotiable, will Infuze take into account the needs of any disabled applicants who may have mobility issues and find some locations difficult or even impossible to reach?

  • We had a question about how negotiable the work placements were at last nights launch. The answer was that whilst applicants wouldn’t be able to pick and choose there would always be some discussion and we would try and be as accommodating as we could.

Obviously this, though related, is more specific and in the case of applicants with a disability we would ask them to work with us to assess what needs they may have and how we might best accommodate them at the whilst they are at the University before the start of the week with us. The University is very committed to this and has good resources for support.

When it comes to placements this would be a dialogue between us, the applicant and the employer.
