About Meld

Meld was born out of a need to find creative solutions to the issues facing contemporary media companies and those who create content for them whether they’re journalists, producers, animators, film-makers designers or technologists.

It’s aims are straightforward:

  • To establish an international reputation for the development and promotion of interdisciplinary creative work in all forms of media
  • To be a catalyst for creative thought providing a platform for the development and showcasing of new work, and the advancement of applied research
  • To enable innovation and creativity through questioning assumptions, exploring ideas, embracing change, and challenging existing practices across disciplines to exemplify excellence.
